GeoPlanner allows you to discover and view various files shared to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
Complete the following steps to search for files:
- Click the Open Menu button at the top of the application and click Attachment > Search for Files.
- Click the My Content, My Project, My Organization, or All filter to specify the scope of search.
- Check Documents or Images, or both, to specify document types.
- You can also type keywords in the Search text box to search for documents.
You can search for the following types of files:
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comma-separated values (CSV)
- Shapefile
- Map package
- GeoJSON
- Service definition
- Layer package
- KML
- PNG, JPG, TIFF, and GIF
- File geodatabase
- Map document
- CityEngine Web Scene
- Desktop application template
- Native application
- Code attachment
- Explorer map
- Scene package
- Scene document
- Tile package
- Vector tile package
- Click Open next to a file.
The file is opened or downloaded depending on its format. You can also click Details to view the item in ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise.
